Fight Enemies
The goal of the game is to save Princess Peach and to do that you go on a long journey.
In this journey, many enemies will try to stop and defeat you, but you have to overcome these enemies to go further in the game.
The first enemy you will see is Goomba; a Mushroom shaped walking enemy who will defeat you by touch.
Later on, you will fight other enemies like Koopa Troops, Boo, Bowser Jr., Wario and more.
To defeat these enemies, you choose one of three things – Jump, Fire Balls, and Star.
The traditional and most known action is the Jump where you jump on the Enemy head, and the enemy is defeated.
Some enemies like the Koopa Troops needs two Jump to be defeated while most of them die in a single one.
After you get the Super Mushroom, you get a power-up named Fire Flower which grants you the power of throwing Fire Balls at the enemies.
If you have this power, then you don’t need to have physical hurt the enemy as a Fire Ball can defeat the enemy from a distance.
The third thing is the Invincibility Starpower which gives you the ability to become invisible for a short duration.
After becoming Invisible, you can defeat an enemy at a touch so whenever you have this power, you can beat the enemy by a mere touch.
There are more ways to defeat an enemy like in Super Mario Bros. 2 you have to pick up and throw an item on the enemies to defeat them.
Save Princess
The main goal of the game is to rescue Princess Peach from the evil Bowser who has captured her and took her to his castle.
To save the princess, you have to complete all the levels and surpass all the worlds, beat different enemies and mini-bosses.
Like in Super Mario Bros there are a total of Eight Worlds and thirty-two levels that you have to complete before reaching the Bowser.
All the Worlds have one of the kooplings(Bowser Kid) who will fight you at the end level in the castle.
After defeating all the Enemies and Mini-Bosses, you will fight Bowser who is the strongest most all.
After beating Bowser, you will go further and find Princess Peach in Bowser Castle whom you will rescue.
Once the Princess is rescued the goal of the game is completed, and the credit rolls begin.
Use Power-Ups
Power-ups are certain items that give you extraordinary power in the game that makes the game easier and enjoyable to play.
A common power-up that you will get in all these four games is – Super Mushroom and Fire Flower.
A Super Mushroom is a power-up that increases the size of Mario making him more powerful than before.
Super Mario World Emulator
You can get a Super Mushroom by striking at the power-up box or some secret box.
Secret Box is present at a secret location in the game like the invisible boxes that can not be seen but give the power-up if hit.
A Fire Flower is a power-up needed after getting a Super Mushroom that enables the player to throw fireballs at the enemies.
Other Power-ups are only found in a single version like the Invincibility Star, Poison Mushroom, Super Leaf and Tanooki Suit.
An Invincibility Star is found in Super Mario Bros where it is granted by a Starman(Flashing Star) that can make Mario Invisible temporarily.
After becoming Invisible, Mario is protected from any harm caused by enemies and also kill the enemy on contact.
The Poison Mushroom can be seen in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels which works the opposite of the Super Mushroom.
If picked up this Mushroom it can cause a Super Mario to Shrink and a Shrunk Mario to Die.
Super Leaf and Tanooki Suit are seen in Super Mario Bros. 3 which gives a Racoon and Tanooki Appearance to Mario.
After getting these power-ups, you also get a tail which acts as a flight propeller enabling you to fly.
The Tanooki Suit enables Mario to turn into a stone that makes you protected from Enemies for a short duration.
Play Multi-Player
Multi-Player is a mode in which two players can play the Game.
In Mario Series, the first player always gets Mario who gets the first turn to complete the level and the second player gets Luigi(Mario’s Brother) for the same.
Unfortunately, both the players cannot play the game simultaneously and will have to wait for their turn one by one.
Two of the Four Games in this game has a Multi-Player Mode namely Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 3.
Rest of the two ones only support Single Player mode.
To play Multi-player select the 2P(Multi-Player) option at the beginning that will enable two players to play.
Fight Boss
Bowser is the main Antagonist in three of the Four Games who has captured Princess Peach and kept in one of his castles.
You will fight Bowser child Koopling in various Castles in different Stages and World.
In the final stage, you will Bowser in his Castle who will be the strongest among previous Kooplings.
You can fight him by either throwing Fire Balls or by reaching the bridge button at the opposite end.
As you touch the Bridge Button, the Bridge will collapse, and if the Bowser is on the Bridge, then he will also fall in the Lava.
But to reach the other end is difficult as the Bowser is spitting Fire Balls to defeat you, but you can take the help of the Floating bridge and can try to jump on the Button.
After the defeat, you will progress further and will find Princess Peach who will thank you for saving her.
In Super Mario Bros. 2 the main Antagonist is a Frog King named Wart who will spit Bubbles to defeat you.
To defeat Wart, you have to catch the Vegetables falling out of the pipe and throw them out at the Frog until he is defeated.
